Membership

Terrace Palms Community Church invites anyone looking for a church family to visit us during our Sunday morning worship service to get a feel for whether this church body is where you believe God intends you to worship and serve him in a corporate worship setting.

Once you are certain that TPCC is where God is directing you to worship, know that the church leadership at TPCC has instituted some new membership requirements. This has been done in order tha we as a church family take seriously the Biblical call of church membership to the degree our Lord does.

A good statement to start with as you contemplate membership at Terrace Palms is the first question of the "Westminster Shorter Catechism".: “What is the chief end of man?” In other words, what is man’s main purpose in life?. The answer is, “To glorify God and enjoy Him forever”. In fact, author John Piper says, “To glorify God by enjoying Him forever”.

If you are interested in becoming a member of Terrace Palms Community Church, please let either the Pastor or a Church Elder know! In addition to a brief interview process, there are membership messages that outline our membership process. These messages are available for download below, or on compact disc which can be found on the book table just inside the front door of the church lobby. Listening to these messages is an integral part of the membership process here at TPCC.
